Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1️⃣ Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Tags and original invoice must be included.

Item must not be damaged or altered by the customer.
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Used or damaged products

Items without original packaging

Discounted / Sale items

Customized or personal care items
3️⃣ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Pakistan
Since we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan:

Customers must check the parcel at the time of delivery (if courier allows).

If you want to return a COD order after delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours.

Refund for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash (not cash pickup).
4️⃣ Return Process
To request a return:

Contact us on WhatsApp or Email.

Provide your Order Number and clear reason for return.

Share pictures (if item is damaged or incorrect).

Our team will guide you with the return address and process.
⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
5️⃣ Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Refund will be sent via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
6️⃣ Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear pictures/video proof

We will offer replacement or full refund at no extra cost
